Landlords Residential and Commercial lettings with or without property management service Free Valuations Viewings carried out seven days a week to accomodate both you and prospective tenants. Once a letting has been agreed we will take a non-refundable holding deposit from tenants while we check work references and previous landlord references. Once we have vetted the tenants, well arrange for them to sign the leases, the PRTB form and to pay the balance of the security deposit and first months rent. We will also change over the Gas and Electricity into the new tenants names, providing your gas and electricity providers allow an agent to do so.
We have reliable plumbers and electricians on our books to efficiently and cost effectively look after any problems you may have with your property.

Tenants
To secure your letting you will need:

We will prepare your leases and PRTB for you to sign on your moving in date.
Moving in
When your are moving in you will need:
1 months rent in advance.
The balance of the security deposit which is the equivalent of one months rent. The holding deposit is deducted from the security deposit.**
We will have the leases signed by the landlord and we will then post them on to you.
* Please note that the holding deposit is non-refundable as if you change your mind about moving in, we will have turned away other suitable tenants while holding the property for you.
**Please note that the matter of your security deposit is between you and your landlord after you have moved in to the property.
